Common questions
What's the difference between Explorer and Individual?
Explorer is a one-off purchase for a single project — you get 30 previews and 15 downloads valid for 30 days. Individual is a monthly or annual subscription with truly unlimited access, ideal if you're working on multiple pieces or returning to visualise regularly.
Can I cancel Individual any time?
Yes — no contracts, no lock-in. Cancel from your billing portal and you keep access until the end of your current period.
What happens when my free uses run out?
You can still log in and view your saved fabrics, furniture and previews — you just need to upgrade to generate new previews or save more items.
I'm a client of an upholstery business — do I need to pay?
